This method is permitted under IRC §§ 6055/6056 as amended by the Paperwork Burden Reduction Act and implemented in IRS Notice 2025‑15. How to request your Form 1095‑C:
You have the right to receive a copy of your Form 1095‑C for the calendar year [Year]. To request:
