The graphics of Victor Allen’s® Coffee changed, did the coffee change?
We did recently update our graphics to make the differentiation by flavor more clear. However, our coffee inside is still the same delicious coffee you know and love.
What is the best way to store the whole beans?
The best way to store whole bean coffee is in an air tight container.
How do I know I am buying fresh coffee?
We roast, grind, and pack our coffees to maximize their freshness. You can find the the best-by date on single serve cups on the bottom of the carton. On our bagged products, the best-by date is located on the back of the bag or on the bottom (Aspen Ridge™).
Why doesn’t this store carry certain flavors / box sizes?
Please let your local store know that you want them to stock our brands of coffee!
Does Trilliant® offer coupons on its products?
Our approach is to offer our products at an everyday low price. Coupon offers are not a typical promotion of Trilliant®.
How much caffeine is in your products?
Cappuccinos: 15-25 mgs per serving
Cocoas: 5-8 mgs per serving
Iced Teas: 50-65 mgs per serving
Coffees: 90-150 mgs per serving
Decaf Coffees: 5-8 mgs
Study Fuel & Ignitor: 150-180 mgs
Do your products contain gluten?
Our products are gluten-free.
What is the allergy information for your products?
Our coffees and flavored coffees do not contain any allergens. Our Hot Cocoa and Cappuccino mixes contain milk.
What is the nutrition information for your products?
Each serving of our coffees contain zero calories and are fat free. Our cappuccinos, cocoas and lattes range from 70-80 calories and 3-5 grams of fat per serving.
Are your products GMO free?
Our coffees are GMO free. Our ready to drink beverages, cocoas and cappuccinos may contain ingredients with genetic engineering.
What type of beans are used in your coffees?
We source our coffee from more than 25 countries around the world. The vast majority of our beans are 100% Arabica beans, which are known for their quality, taste and smooth flavor.
Are your single serve cups BPA free?
Single serve cups are BPA free.
