Our History

1979

1979

Our company was founded in Madison, Wisconsin in 1979 as Victor Allen's® Coffee - a "micro-roaster" renowned for its high-quality, specialty coffees. The founder, Victor Allen Mondry, quickly became a renowned regional roaster and pursued his quest for the perfect cup.

2003

2003

In 2003 the corporate headquarters moved to Little Chute, Wisconsin. Victor Allen's Coffee continued to grow and expand through acquisition and organic growth.

2013

2013

The company became Trilliant® in 2013 and expanded into a new, state-of-the-art facility. This facility enabled a dramatic increase in capabilities and brand offerings.

2016

Our production capabilities and capacity increased significantly. Trilliant® also has distribution and R&D facilities in Wisconsin, New Mexico and Minnesota with more locations coming very soon.

Our Facility

Our state-of-the-art, vertically integrated production facility in
Little Chute, Wisconsin allows us to deliver the highest quality
product to our customers. Our facility features the most current,
high-speed equipment to support our commitment to quality,
value, speed-to-market and innovation.

Quality Promise

Trilliant® is beyond comparison when it comes to delivering value. Trilliant® stands as one of the few vertically integrated coffee manufactures in the market today. We source our own beans from over 25 countries, roast, grinds, and package them. Each step of our high quality and consistent coffee production process takes place in our state-of-the-art precision roasting system and time-tested roasting procedures. Before our coffee goes to market we taste the coffee five times to ensure a high-quality, consistent product that is affordable.
